Services 472.4 million. da Vinci procedures grew approximately 15 percent. Combined da Vinci and Ion procedures grew approximately 16 percent. Ion procedures grew approximately 36 percent. The da Vinci installed base was 11,710 against 10,488. The Ion installed base was 1,096 against 905. The 10-Q says instruments and accessories revenue per procedure rose on da Vinci 5 and da Vinci SP mix. That is pull-through. The filing did not print an absolute procedure number. What it printed is the installed base: da Vinci 11,710 and Ion 1,096.
US growth sat in general surgery: cholecystectomy, hernia, appendectomy, and gynecology. OUS sat in colorectal, hernia, cholecystectomy, prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, and hysterectomy, with India, Italy, and the United Kingdom called out. Those are named lines. They are still rates.

A usage-based lease is the thesis on the capital line: the hospital already pays the case. 55 Ion systems against 54. A dual-console da Vinci 5 is still an install. A new console is a room. The stapler is the rent.
Ion is a lung biopsy. da Vinci is a console in an operating room. Ion procedures plus 36 percent on a 1,096 installed base that itself plus 21 percent. Instruments pulled that diagnostic line. They also pulled da Vinci. The 10-Q keeps them in the same instruments bucket. The case is still the object. A biopsy catheter and a hysterectomy can share a filing. They do not share a room.
