Every orbital sentence has a ground object that already exists. Southaven's 69 turbines are the original of solar and vacuum cooling. Aon's 2023 loss year and Gallagher's no appetite for constellations are the original of an 88,000-sat file. Starlink's Mini Laser purchase order is the original of a distributed data centre. Vera Rubin the observatory is the original of Vera Rubin the module. The CRASH Clock's weekend is the original of a million-sat shell. A trust in Nevada is the original of we bought the last mile. Flatten those sentences into one space trade and you get a false headline. Do not flatten them.
Johnsen said it in the filed interview: prove the model on the ground before you get to space. Colossus and the 3 May cloud-services agreement are that proof. The NAACP docket and the 21 August postponement are the invoice. The hedge is allowed. It is also a date. 2028 in a glossary. July 2027 on an agreed order. 30 November 2027 on a spectrum trust. January on a Starcloud-2 that has already rented the landlord's laser.
Southaven is the exposed original
The postponement is the letter the week actually produced. On 21 August the Northern District of Mississippi postponed the 24 August NAACP injunction hearing. Sixty-nine temporary turbines as of July. Company papers, as quoted: Grok would largely cease. A 30 July MDEQ order: temps off by July 2027, 41 permitted machines, a 1.2 GW plant. A postponement is not a permit. A trailer is not a radiator.

A chatbot that needs 69 unpermitted machines is not a 2028 radiator. It is a 2026 air permit. Power-AI is the queue cousin. Memphis is the permit cousin. Do not merge them. A PJM tariff is not a turbine on a trailer. Orbital compute is the hedge you write when a county board, a Clean Air Act preamble, or a ranking-member letter arrives. The hedge is a date in a glossary. It is not the 69 machines still on Stanton Road.
A weekend is not a policy
Insurance is the rehearsal that refused to show up. Aon, in the first quarter of 2026, was still in the 2023 hole: $1.43 billion of claims on about $550 million of premium. Gallagher, same quarter: continuing lack of buyer appetite for constellation cover. In the second quarter BlueBird 7 printed about $30 million, the significant claim since SpainSat. Starlink's Mini Laser purchase order is the other original. 26 May: more than fifty units, 25 Gbps, 4,000 km, starting with Starcloud-2 in January. Johnston: that is what turns birds into a distributed data centre. The landlord filed for a million of its own. A purchase order is not a mesh. Nvidia's 16 March Space-1 Vera Rubin Module is named for the same astronomer as the observatory in the AAS petition. 25 times an H100 for space inference, available later. One name. Opposite jobs. A module on a slide is not a part that flew.
What a file cannot do
EchoStar's 8-K of 22 May moved AWS-4, and unpaired AWS-3 into Spectrum Business Trust 2025-1. Acquisition closing targeted 30 November 2027. FCC order 12 May. The exclusive-use bag is not theirs yet. A trust in Nevada is not a last mile. Cross-asset does not care which hearing was postponed. AI abundance cares only if Grok's power story becomes a margin story. A postponed hearing is not a gold print.
A refutation would look like this: all 69 Stanton Road temporary turbines removed by 31 July 2027; or Starcloud-2 on orbit using Starlink Mini Lasers by 30 June 2027; or a disclosed constellation-scale insurance program for 100 or more on-orbit compute or direct-to-device nodes by the end of 2027; or the EchoStar-SpaceX spectrum acquisition closing by the end of 2027. A 21 August postponement is none of those. A Space-1 module that is a part, a Mini Laser that flew, a CRASH Clock that is published again, a Texas line that released a bus: those would be objects. They have not printed.
The honest uncertainty is which ground object gets a number first. If the 69 turbines come off and the 1.2 GW plant is still a paper, the rehearsal moved to permitted gas and the orbital slide is still a hedge. If Starcloud-2 flies on the landlord's laser and the 69 machines are still on the lot, the tenant thesis has an object and Southaven does not. If a constellation policy is signed and the CRASH Clock is still a weekend, someone priced the integer. Those three sentences can live in the same year. Sixty-nine turbines are a fact about one lot. A Mini Laser purchase order is a fact about one tenant. Neither is an orbital slide.
